- On site
Dedicated travel staff to accompany the group and co-ordinate all aspects of the programme, including airlines, hotels and destination management companies.
Dedicated hospitality desk in each location - a constant point of contact for all guests.
Solutions Group provides uniformed on-site hospitality staff to ensure the programme runs smoothly and suppliers deliver as promised including manning the registration /hospitality desk for the duration of the programme, facilitating transfers to / from off-site venues, and overseeing banquets, meetings, and events. Our staff does the on-site legwork so you can focus on business related priorities.
- Post Event
Production of a detailed final account according to client specification.
Management of all final supplier payments.
De-briefing meeting with client.
Production of attendee questionnaire and analysis if required.
- Post programmes
Solutions will take care of the accounting for your event. We will process registration fees, make payments to all suppliers on your behalf and provide a final reconciliation at the end of your programme. In addition we will collate participant evaluations and help evaluate your successes as well as areas that could be improved.
