Pre- Program: The Strategic Development
We help you analyse the critical success factors for your event and work through the planning process to develop a realistic budget that will allow you to achieve your objectives while containing expenses. Site/Venue Selection
Solutions Group will provide a detailed analysis of suitable locations and venues that meet the needs of your group. All logistic detail will also be provided, inclusive of air travel options and cost comparisons, hotel room rates and availability, usable meeting and function space, team building activities, off property venues and special events. We have extensive knowledge of most locations and interesting spaces and will help you work through the advantages and drawbacks of a potential conference location.

During the inspection trip, you will soon realise that the relationships our company has with contractors is so well-established, that every obstacle can be easily overcome and removed. While looking after our guests, all our efforts will be focused to their well-being, as our clients satisfaction is the main objective.

Site inspection - once the choice of meeting sites is narrowed, Solutions Group will plan an inspection itinerary and escort your representatives to view the locations in person.

Planning
Solutions Group takes care of all the elements – suitable venue, room set-up, staging, AV requirements etc. to make your meeting seamless. We also help you plan and organise all of your food and beverage needs, entertainment, themed décor, team building events and sports activities to make your programme a standout one to participants.

Food & Beverage
Solutions Group offers menu planning, literally from peanuts and pretzels! We bring two decades of practical experience in the pre-planning and execution of themed dinners, gala awards evenings and year end functions spanning from 10 – 3000 guests. Entertainment, this is where the real fun begins and where your expectations and our creativity can really make a difference. We have been honoured to work with some of the country's greatest entertainers, stage shows and musicians at a countless number of the best venues on offer - from private homes to grand ballrooms of hotels, from convention centres to stadiums.
